Refund and Exchange Policy

The sale, purchase, and use of the products available on this site are subject to the terms and conditions of use and service.

The store may choose to accept, not accept, or cancel your order in some cases, for example, if the product you wish to purchase is not available, if the product is priced incorrectly, or if the order is found to be fraudulent, the site will return what you paid for the orders that are not accepted or that are cancelled.

All content on the Site, including scripts, designs, graphics, logos, icons, images, interfaces, icons, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the Store and is subject to copyright protection.

When you purchase or send your e-mail to the store, you agree to receive any e-mails or notifications regarding the order.

The site reserves the right to make any modifications or changes to its content and the policies and agreements associated with it, including the privacy policy and the document of provisions, Terms of Service, Replacement and Return Terms.

Goods exchange and return policy:

  • The customer has the right to return any product in the invoice or the entire invoice list within three working days and replacement within seven working days.
  • Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgement by the customer that the items are in good condition and have not been opened before receipt.
  • Return and exchange include all items except for electrical parts unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
  • The amount will be returned within seven working days from the date of cancellation.
  • If the customer wants to exchange the product without a defect in the product, the store is not responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return, in addition to the customer’s responsibility for the costs of shipping the replacement part again and the fees for returning the product for the store.

Replacement of electrical parts (if a manufacturing defect is found):

1-  The piece must be free of scratches or misuse.

2-  Bring the original box with all accessories.

3-  You may request to bring a report from the authorised maintenance agent before the replacement process.
